Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: July 2026
Welcome to Dubai TV Repair. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your interactions with our TV inspection, diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and related services.
By using our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Our Services
Dubai TV Repair provides TV-related services that may include:
- TV inspection and diagnostics
- Screen and display-related assessment
- Power and motherboard troubleshooting
- LED, OLED, QLED, Smart TV, and other television repair services
- Software and connectivity troubleshooting
- Component or part replacement
- General TV maintenance and technical support
Service availability may depend on the TV brand, model, age, condition, fault, location, and availability of compatible replacement parts.
2. Website Information
We aim to keep information on our website accurate and up to date. However, website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not automatically be considered a final diagnosis, guaranteed quotation, or confirmation that a particular device can be repaired.
A technician may need to inspect the television before confirming the fault, repair method, cost, and required parts.
3. Quotations and Pricing
Any price communicated before inspection may be an estimate unless explicitly confirmed as a final quotation. The final repair cost may vary depending on:
- The actual fault identified during diagnosis
- TV brand and model
- Required replacement parts
- Labour requirements
- Additional faults discovered during inspection
- Service location or other agreed requirements
Where reasonably possible, customers will be informed of significant additional costs before additional repair work is performed.
4. Diagnostics and Inspection
Some TV faults cannot be accurately identified without physical inspection, testing, or partial disassembly. By authorizing diagnostic work, the customer permits reasonable inspection and testing necessary to identify the problem.
A diagnostic, inspection, visit, transportation, or call-out fee may apply where communicated to the customer.
5. Replacement Parts
Depending on availability and the agreed repair, replacement parts may be new, original, OEM-compatible, refurbished, reclaimed, or otherwise suitable replacement components.
Where the type of replacement component is materially relevant to the repair, details should be confirmed with the customer as appropriate. Availability and delivery times for parts may affect estimated repair completion times.
6. Repair Timeframes
Any estimated repair or completion timeframe is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing. Delays may occur due to:
- Parts availability
- Supplier delays
- Complex technical faults
- Additional faults discovered during repair
- Manufacturer-specific requirements
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to complete services efficiently.
7. Warranty on Repairs
Certain repairs or replacement parts may include a limited service warranty. The exact warranty period and coverage, if applicable, may depend on the repair performed and the component used.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, warranty coverage does not normally include unrelated faults, accidental damage, physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surges, misuse, unauthorized repairs, external accessories, or new faults occurring after the original service.
Customers should retain relevant invoices or service records for warranty claims.
8. Pre-Existing Damage and Additional Faults
Televisions may contain pre-existing damage, wear, internal deterioration, previous repair work, or multiple faults. Dubai TV Repair is not responsible for pre-existing defects or unrelated issues that become apparent during diagnosis or repair.
If additional significant faults are discovered, we may contact the customer before proceeding with additional chargeable work.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about the television, reported fault, previous repairs, and any relevant circumstances. Customers should also ensure reasonable and safe access to the television where on-site service is requested.
Where applicable, customers should remove or secure personal accounts, passwords, external storage devices, accessories, or sensitive information before handing over a smart device for repair.
10. Smart TV Data and Settings
Certain repairs, software updates, resets, motherboard work, or component replacements may result in the loss or reset of:
- Applications
- Login sessions
- Saved passwords
- Wi-Fi settings
- User preferences
- Channels or configuration settings
- Locally stored information
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups or account credentials where applicable.
11. Unrepairable Devices
Not every television can be economically or technically repaired. A TV may be considered unrepairable where parts are unavailable, damage is excessive, repair costs are commercially unreasonable, or a safe/reliable repair cannot reasonably be completed.
Any applicable diagnostic, inspection, transportation, or call-out charges may still apply even if a repair is not completed, provided such charges were communicated or agreed.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dubai TV Repair will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Third-Party Products and Services
We may use or recommend third-party parts, manufacturers, suppliers, applications, or services.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners, and references to them do not necessarily imply official affiliation, authorization, or endorsement.
14. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content including branding, graphics, layouts, written content, and original design elements belongs to Dubai TV Repair or is used under appropriate permission or licensing.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, or commercially exploited without appropriate authorization.
15. Prohibited Website Use
Users must not attempt to:
- Damage or disrupt the website
- Introduce malware or malicious code
- Gain unauthorized access to website systems
- Submit fraudulent or misleading enquiries
- Use website content unlawfully
- Interfere with website security or functionality
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse is suspected.
16. Cancellations and Appointments
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where a technician has already travelled to the location or costs have already been incurred, an applicable call-out or cancellation charge may apply if previously communicated or agreed.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates and, where applicable, the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes will be handled subject to the jurisdiction and applicable legal procedures of the UAE, unless otherwise required by law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version published on our website will apply from its effective date. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where legally applicable.
